HELLO! GLAD YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR WAY HERE. WE ARE MARIA AND JIMMY,  THE ONES WHO TOOK OVER VILLA SOL IN THE SPRING OF 2022. A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY YELLOW HOUSE FROM 1926.

VILLA SOL IS ONE PART BED&BREAKFAST (OUR GARDENROOMS) AND ONE PART HOSTEL (UPSTAIRS IN THE ARTIST´S APARTMENT).

THE VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF CENTRAL BORGHOLM AND IS WELL SURROUNDED BY A LUSH GARDEN. WE CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU TO A MIX OF THE SWEDISH SUMMER AND THE SWEET CONTINENT. THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS IN OUR OPINION.

  • VILLA SOL CONSISTS OF 5 GARDENROOMS THAT HAVE THEIR OWN SHOWER/WC. BREAKFAST BASKET, COFFEE/TEA AND LINEN/TOWELS ARE INCLUDED.

  • IN THE ARTIST'S APARTMENT UPSTAIRS IT IS A LITTLE MORE SELF-CATERING. THERE ARE FOUR BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE ROOMS WITH SHARED SHOWER/WC, THERE ARE 2 OF THEM. THERE IS ALSO A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. HERE YOU FIX THE BREAKFAST and dinner YOURSELF.

  • FREE WI-FI THROUGHOUT VILLA SOL.

HIGH SEASON: JUNE-sept. JUNE-AUGUST: MINIMUM BOOKING OF 2 NIGHTS.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

AVOID EXTRA FEES ON MORE EXPENSIVE BOOKING SITES AND BOOK HERE THROUGH US INSTEAD. SEND A BOOKING REQUEST WITH YOUR DESIRED ROOM AND dates VIA OUR EMAIL FORM BELOW.

THE BOOKING WILL ONLY BE FINALLY CONFIRMED AFTER IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED BY US.

IF YOUR WISHES ARE AVAILABLE, WE WILL EMAIL YOU A CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING AND AN INVOICE.

  • The booking is binding when you have received your confirmation via email.

  • Payment is made in advance according to the date on the invoice.

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

  • If cancellation is made later than 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

  • In case of illness and upon presentation of a medical certificate, the full amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of SEK 200.

  • Age limit 20 years. Midsummer weekend 25 years.
